Amazon Prime and Grubhub users, take note: U.S. Prime members can now try Grubhub+ for free for one year. This includes access to unlimited $0 delivery fees on eligible food orders over $12 at the hundreds of thousands of restaurants available on the food delivery platform.
You must be a current Amazon Prime user to take advantage of this promo, so be sure to sign up for Prime if you are not already enrolled. Prime membership costs $139 per year, following a 30-day free trial, or $14.99 per month.

How to enroll
To activate this deal, sign in to your Prime account and click on “Activate free Grubhub+.”

From there, sign in to your Grubhub or Seamless account. If you don’t have one, you can create your account as shown below.

Next, you must agree to connect your accounts and share your Prime membership status with Grubhub before activating your Grubhub+ account.

Terms and conditions
This offer is limited to Prime members based in the U.S., one per customer and Prime account, applicable for unlimited $0 delivery fees on all orders over $12, before tax, tip and other fees.
Additionally, members receive access to other perks, including free food and other discounts on orders.
Prime Student members who have already redeemed the Grubhub+ Student offer will continue to receive this until Dec. 31, after which they’re eligible to redeem the Grubhub+ Prime offer for an additional year.
College students can get a free six-month trial of Prime, followed by a discounted rate of $7.49 per month for a monthly membership or $69 per year for an annual membership.
Existing Grubhub+ subscribers can connect their accounts during the setup process.
Grubhub Campus, Corporate and other existing partnership members are not eligible for this offer.
Grubhub+ users can also round up their orders to the nearest dollar to donate to more than 20 charitable organizations, which Grubhub will match through its Donate the Change program. For example, Grubhub will round up an order totaling $9.50 to $10, donating that extra 50 cents to charity.
Note that your trial Grubhub+ membership will automatically renew for $9.99 a month after the initial 12-month free period until canceled, so be sure to make note of the trial end date if you want to cancel.
Users can cancel their Grubhub+ membership at any time by contacting Grubhub customer support or visiting the Grubhub+ membership section in your Grubhub account settings.

Best credit card to use when ordering from Grubhub
When activating this deal, be sure to use a credit card that rewards your Grubhub purchases.
The American Express® Gold Card is best for Grubhub users because it includes an annual dining statement credit each calendar year of up to $120. The credit is distributed monthly via $10 statement credits when purchasing from participating dining partners, including Grubhub.
Users can enroll online for the dining credit or call the number on the back of their card.
Amex Gold credit card holders get 4 points per dollar on restaurant purchases, including Grubhub orders.
Plus, there are regular Amex Offers for Grubhub, allowing cardholders to earn extra points or save more on their orders, including through Grubhub’s “Perks” program, which you can stack with the $10 dining credit.
